Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? Not the right size or style? No problem.

We are happy to accept your Selk’ back. You can return it for a replacement or a refund, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To receive a full refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in new condition.

Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased in November are eligible for return or exchange until January 31, 2023 (excluding final sale items).

RETURNS

To start your return for refund please have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you have multiple items to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back.
Refunds will be issued when the product is received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done! Please note that returns have a cost of $10, that will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds to different payment methods at this time.

EXCHANGES

To start your exchange for another size, please have your order number and email, phone, or zip code. Follow the steps and choose your correct size. Print your prepaid label and ship your bag back to us. Once received, we will issue the order for your correct size.

If you would like to exchange for a different color or product, please select "continue with return" and choose to exchange for store credit. You will then receive a gift card on your mail, with the full amount paid, which you can use it to purchase your desired product.

GIFT RETURNS

Please have handy the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We're happy to provide you with store credit.
