Exchanges

Need help choosing a different size or color ? Our team is happy to help!
We offer free exchanges for U.S. & CANADA orders within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label 
  • Your exchange will be processed after we receive your original Selk’bag


Returns 

    Start your return HERE.
    Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

    Choose from two refund options:

    • Original payment method: A $12.95 USD or $17.95 CAD return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
    • Store credit: Your return shipping label is complimentary, with no return fee

    Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your return after it is received. We’ll notify you as soon as your refund or store credit has been issued.


    Why we charge a return fee

    We’re committed to offering high-quality, innovative products at fair prices. Instead of increasing our product prices to cover return shipping costs, we apply a flat fee only when a refund is issued to the original payment method.

    Choosing store credit includes a complimentary return label with no return fee.

    This approach helps us keep Selk’bags affordable while continuing to provide great service and value.


    EXCEPTIONS

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Final-sale items
    • Items not purchased through Selkbagusa.com
    • Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the option you selected
    • Once processed, please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately HERE. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you receive the correct product.

     

    UNSURE ABOUT SIZING?

    Selk’bag is more than a sleeping bag. It’s a hybrid product designed for cozy lounging, sleeping, and active use.

    • When in doubt, size up. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size
    • Sizing up provides extra room for sleeping, relaxing, curling up, and bending
    • For active use, you can roll up the sleeves and legs and remove the booties to adjust the fit
    • Prefer a snugger fit? Choose your regular size or the smaller option. Keep in mind that it may feel tighter around the neck, feet, and crotch, especially when sitting or sleeping with the booties on
